The Grotto is hosted by Waterlooville Library (PO7 7DT), organised by the Waterlooville Community Grotto Team and run entirely by local volunteers who believe passionately that every child deserves a quality, reasonably priced Santa experience.  We are based in the Children’s activity room on the first floor.  

Each visit includes entry to our enchanted grotto (full of sparkling Christmas trees, musical ornaments and decorations) and a wrapped gift from Santa (under 1’s will receive a soft toy).

The price is £2 a child, accompanying adults are free.

Bookings will be at 15-minute intervals so there may be a short wait.  To avoid overcrowding but to make sure the grotto runs smoothly please arrive about 5 minutes before your booking and bring your booking confirmation with you.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

You may take photographs in the grotto but children will not be allowed to touch Santa.

We are a small community group on a very tight budget so unfortunately will not be able to give refunds if you cannot attend.
